Front Bumper removal for '71 2800cs

I will be having my VSR front spoiler painted in the next week or so.
I would like to remove the front bumper at least temporarily. Any tips for bumper removal ?

A helper is good, but not necessary. The slotted bolts in the frame rail can round off, so spray some penetrant such as PB Blaster before forcing anything. Otherwise all is straightforward.
