Front bushings

What are the techniques for installing the front
suspension bushings
i tried to press in the inner tailing arm ones and
it is hard as heck havent tried the
big rod bushing yet

A bit of lubricant, some threaded rod, two thick washers, two nuts, a good deal of elbow grease. Make sure the old hole is nice and clean.
