hi guys , Im sure this has been asked a thousand times but my search didn't answer it.

who and where for fender repair panels , or replacement panels

I have gone through Wallothnesch from top to tail and can only see the lower rear repair section

I don't think there currently are any reproductions/replacement fenders that you can buy off the shelf.
Your best bet is to search on Ebay (.de .com .co.uk etc) for decent used fenders, or hope that somebody here on the forum has some for sale or knows of somebody who has.
To find a pair of NOS fenders are getting very difficult and expensive.

because the metal fenders are very rare or even not to get
i have make mouldings from the last new metal rear fenders before i sell them
the front fenders ,i shall even make mouldings,i didnt sell my last new front fenders
so its always possible to make a whole fender or parts from fenders in gfk,/polyester
when intresting?

I haven't been tracking the front fender options that W&N offers. But after checking in with them periodically for rear quarter options, it seems that sometimes they have larger rear panel sections, other times just the wheel arches, and then other times nothing available. I suspect their stock fluctuates/rotates. Perhaps in a couple of months they will have larger panels that you are looking for (but probably not the entire fender).
 
yes, very surprised to not see the upper sections, seems to be a super common area to go bad...
probably all to do with cost of tooling, oh well, looks like hand made is the only way....
