Hi all,

The clearout resumes! This part appears to be in fine condition - see photos. Currently painted Turkis and has some chipping etc. but it’s good enough to be touched up for a smart driver car.

Asking £125 plus shipping at cost - I am based in the U.K. The items measures about 120cm in length

Interested!

Curious about 3 parts:
1. any cracks visible on where the thin tube is welded to the small arms?
2&3; beneath the 2 screws on either side is a lump of metal that holds the torsion springs. These lumps tend to deform over time. Can you share a pic of these 2 parts?
If the 2 metal lumps are ok, then I'd be happy to buy it.

I'll send you a PM.

Hi @MTYPE ,

I am the new costodian of the above posted item by now.

You may have better luck posting a wtb in the parts section, best even with a pic and /or partnumber of the part(s) you're looking for.

And perhaps also this post in the DIY section may be of help. Some of the failures of the hinge system are fixable with some effort.
