Sold for 95k today

When the seller was asking originally 160k last year

Then dropped the price to 145k early this year

Seller had reserve price set at 95k on the auction to recover their total outlay on their E9
that was purchased to flip to make a profit on

Another car trader who thought he could just jump on the E9 model,
Make it look like nice and shiny and sell for a massive profit

Hopefully bought by an enthusiast to get into the CSL world for a good price. And they will have the added enjoyment of making further improvements.

Fingers crossed not bought by a flipper and we see her up for sale again elsewhere in a few weeks time.

given the recent sales here in the US for standard coupes, a CSL at 95k gbp seems like a bargain ... even if it might not be restored correctly.

Fast classics in England have recently sold another fully restored csl for £175k and have for sale ie

Fully restored ( nut & bolt cars ) in show room condition csl cars between 160/180k

Very very good useable csl cars with good history, low owners etc etc have sold for 145/150k , not concourse cars, but 8/10
