For sale with BILL OF SALE ONLY. Not sure what the story is with that but pretty cheap. Does kind of look like superficial rust like owner mentions but of course would need thorough inspection. Looks like everything is there, redo the interior and drive as is for a while. Paint will need addressing one way or another. Might be right price point for somebody in the area, can't
be too many of these running around Kentucky.

If it is any consolation, the CSI I bought last month was two bill of sales deep with an affidavit from a past lien holder. Once I got past my reservations and actually went to the dmv with the seller, the process was a piece of cake. This differs in each state, but don't pass up a car because of a perceived titling pain. I received my title two weeks ago...
