FS (cost of shipping only) or going to scrap: Rear euro bumper halves

These are in very rough shape. Must have been bumped as center section, where they join, is pancaked a bit. Also PO had mysteriously welded a steel bar to the inner mounting brackets. And of course they'd need to be re-chromed. Offered for free before being thrown away. Send PM if you want some ugly pictures!

FYI - I think what you are observing is a US state intervention to federalize a euro import. I’ve seen several examples of this.
