This looks like it is chrome plated brass and not aluminum like all of the other badges I have seen. I was able to replace my alum. 3.0 and CS badge with these I believe rare brass ones. Please note that the posts on this CSi badge are not the same diameter from top to bottom. It will not fit into the nylon grommets used in the holes in the trunk. I used a 0.3X5 mm die to thread the small part of the post. Then a fitting nut and washers made for a tight fit. The matching brass 3.0 badge had the correct dia. posts to fit into the grommets. Also note that the brass chrome finish will not match the satin alum on your other badge. They need to be used together.
