I’ll likely not install it anytime soon so I’ve decided to sell the LSD differential I bought a couple of years ago.
It’s a 3.45 LSD 40% locking. Likely out of a 2800. Case is stamped “11 38” for 3.45 ratio and “S40” for 40% locking. I was also able to locate the “S40” on the inside of the diff for further confirmation. See photos. The white painted S on the outside is not present.
I don’t know the mileage, it feels fine but beyond that I cannot speak to the overall operational condition as I’ve never installed it in a car.
At $1000, I think I’ve priced it accordingly.
I’ve replaced the big O-ring seal and the two output seals as well as the top vent gasket, but not the input seal.
I can deliver it to the Wundercar Social In the Seattle area this Saturday 7/25.
It’s heavy to ship (80lbs) so it won’t be easy or cheap.
