NMNA - Interesting ad in so much that is says very little and only (3) pics. From what pics are available, it doesn't look bad. Some interesting bits interior and exterior. At a $21K BIN it must be fairly nice I would think. Never know until you look at it. Nice plate!

Plate should say "CYCLOPS." I guess if you're going to dream then dream big on the price.
