I don't think this was Original from the bmw factory.
But the first aid kit is period correct for the e9
thank you i have seen later kits in a bag, but never from the 70-ties

I have a brown, zipper first aid kit with the Roundel logo on it. I believe they are from the seventies. I remember seeing a number of them for sale at the time in various configurations. I don't know if things were added to mine, but I could have done some serious side-of-the road procedures with what was in the kit. I can post photos if anyone is interested.
I wouldn't take any of the "medications" found in mine.
