Lens does have a crack which hides underneath the chrome bezel when mounted. Some minor imperfections that look like hairline cracks. $15 shipped

who ever is interested (i've got a spare - which is not for sale), you can buy a new lens for this fixture from Carl. the downside is that the switch will be off-white, and the new lens will be very white.
