I have a part that goes in a E24 tool tray that I found in some E9 parts that I will sell for a fair price of $40.
I also have one Blue Binder for 630 thru 633 E24s that I will sell for $50 plus shipping.

That is a window tool for e12 and e24, not rare.

The only reason I thought it was rare is because I've seen them on Ebay for around $75.

There is a long pin that mates with this, if anyone needs the pin I have several.
