FS: NOS CSL Aluminium bonnet/hood

What he is asking is outrageous. CSL hoods and trunk lids are still available (always have been) through BMW, albeit super expensive. MSRP for the hood is about $2600 and with various discounts available, it could be had for quite a bit less.

The hood maybe over priced, but shipping is cheap.

Also, is 2000cs hood and a 2800cs/3.0cs hood the same?

I though only csl trunk lids were still available

Anyone order an alloy hood in last few years?
 
The $100 shipping probably applies only to the UK. Shipping to continental Europe is slightly more, and a lot more ($400-$500?) to the US and other overseas destinations.

If you had a CSL without an Al bonnet or with a damaged one I reckon fitting a NOS original would add more than £4,000 to the value of the car.

Some one got a good buy.
