For sale: a rare, complete Blaupunkt audio system featuring four new speakers, new wiring, speaker controls, and a Blaupunkt Frankfurt Stereo radio (from the famous "Blue Dot" series). The radio unit itself is used but in excellent condition.
Set includes a new Hirschmann Hit Auta 8900 S antenna—a genuine period-correct metal model, not the modern plastic equivalent.
This antenna is designed for vehicles such as the BMW E9/E3.
The system is powered by the Blaupunkt Frankfurt Stereo—one of the finest receivers of the 1970s.
The unit will be equipped with a Bluetooth receiver and a microphone for hands-free calls.
I am currently awaiting the arrival of the Bluetooth module.

I will post more photos of the radio once the Bluetooth module arrives.

This is my personal setup; based on a concept from a few years ago, it was originally intended for installation in my car, but as my project evolved, the idea for the audio system underwent a drastic change as well.

The rear speakers are designed for the parcel shelf. Installation is possible without butchering the rear shelf above the trunk.
The front speakers fit perfectly into the front kick panels; the speaker basket slots into the opening in the A- and B-pillar structure.

The included fader allows for smooth adjustment of the balance between the rear and front speakers.
