These are made from aluminum, CNC-molded and powder-coated.

A version in black for the CSL will be available soon.
One set costs 110€ plus shipping
 
I know the repros were available in the past (plastic / metal) but each of such messages from the Members are great news for the E9 Community.
 
....in fact Waldemar from our German forum is creating these, not me.
Personally I never trusted the new plastic type, feared they would be gone before spring ends and summer starts

I have these from Waldemar for several years now and they are the real thing, very good repro look and sturdy -- will probably outlast the entire chassis!

Good!

For me the as long as the product is nice the Source/Producer is in the second order which does not mean I'm detracting the Waldemar or anyone taking care to keep our cars in the best shape.

So, how does one go about obtaining a set? Does the set include the other socket, the one that holds the visor in place?

That's handy! I am just sorting out the headlining panel in my car and will need one of the sockets, I may also need the mounts too, but I have to sort the visors first as the two I have are not a matched pair.

Anyhow, one set of the mounts is 110€, either white or black, plus shipping from Germany.
