Hullo,Anyone know of a source for the D-Jetronic Timer Relay,and the Main Jetronic relay, new if possible.Thanks
 
Thanks , I will do it, my car wants to start but I cannot hear the injectors, so I thought I would start with the relays
 
Did you turn the key to run and then move the throttle linkage at the throttle body quickly?

you should hear crickets.


did you check for battery voltage at the main relay pin 87 with key in run ?

the relay is fine if you see 12+ volts.
 
Thanks , I will check the voltage, I pulled apart and cleaned the relays, I then had the lower points in the dizzy checked and found that the shaft was bent , probably when the lower gear was replaced , which gave dramatic difference in the pulse rate from side to side,I hopefully have a line another dizzy. Thanks again for the help, probably not the right forum for this conversation , I will respond next in E9 forum.
 
I'd say just get a 123 dist but since you have a CSL, it's harder to make that call. Everyone says the trigger points sets are incredibly hard to find. I'd love to find a spare set as well but as everyone says... Hens teeth
