I need a working used sending unit for a 1972 E9.
Thanks, Mark.

The part is tubular , aprox 250 long and is attached to the top of the fuel tank, it is not a pump.
Thanks ,Mark.

I know you said “used,” but IMO they’re very hard to rebuild or repair & get a consistently calm & accurate fuel gauge. I wanted something I could trust, so I bought a new one. @Tony.dreamer & a few others can repair them well. You might message him to see if he has one available. He’s more of a part consumer (I didn’t say hoarder, Tony) than a seller, but he’s so nice & gentlemanly you’ll go away happy either way.

Thanks for the help, I am now leaning towards a new one , unfortunately the AUS dollar is way down and I will be looking at about 400.00 ,oh well ,a relatively small price to get my Magnificent E9 back on the road.
Thanks Again, Gaugeless in Sydney.
