Don't mean to speak for JJ...but is probably metal. The 1:18 models are out there. I have 4 of them, all in 4 original coupe colors.

Is the stance correct?? The reason I ask is that I have a superb, metal model of the CSi in Nachtblau met. where unfortunately the Chinese missed out on one important point: the stance. Its rear axle is far too high, necessitating a lump of sugar to be placed under the front axle to give the corresponding height up front, but then the car gets far too much ground clearance (and this is puts it in line with moderns "SUV"s like Audi and Volvo).

It is metal heavy metal dicast model; about 12" long. To my eye the stance is right. I suppose I can photograph the real unit is anyone is really interested. I all know is that it is a really looks sharp in my office and I get lots of complements on it; it is extremely detailed and well made. The engine is clearly a CSi engine when you open the hood.

This is exactly the same brand, style and quality as the model cars you often see is the display cases the BMW dealers. It really is a first class product; it is sold by BMW.

On my first release of this note I mentioned that is had chrome wheels. I just got to my office and even the wheels are correct.

still available?

John,
When I go to the referenced link and click on the "place in cart" tool, it indicates that the "csi is no longer available". Am I doing something wrong? Anybody else find this to occur?
Randy

Mine is the blue / gray color. They could be NLA, it would be a shame.

If you read French try:
