Fuse block power source ?

This is a partial cross post from my engine refresh and trans swap update (here).

I don't have power at fuses 1-3. All the connections at the back of the fuse block are in place so now hunting to see if I missed a connection during assembly. Any suggestions re. where power for those fuses comes in from or connections that should be checked are appreciated.

May not respond as I will be under the dash...

aren't 1 thru 3 powered by the light switch? been a while since i've looked at this ... just what i remember from a while back when trying to track something down
