Getrag 262 4 speed rebuild/recondition advice

I am looking to rebuild/recondition a getrag 262 4 speed and would like to get any advice or tips before I get started. Does anyone have any experience with these or can anyone point me to websites or articles that may help.
Yes, I know everybody is going to tell me to swap to a 5 speed, but in Oz they are not easy to find and I have a spare 4 speed I can work on.

search the 2002faq site for getrag rebuild and a number of threads will come up as will under google. One issue will be finding/improvising the bearing pullers which are expensive items. Also try some of the volvo forums since getrags were used there and these sources will give you an idea of what you're up against.
