Looking to source a few wearable parts on the shift linkage, searching here and interwebs has not produced anything. Can anyone advise where to find parts or make them? At least the nylon sleeves.

Never could find those so I used bronze which are better. See my thread on five speed upgrade bronze bushings.
Success story for the 262.. I purchased the bronze bushings mentioned from Steve's feed, O.D. needed a Little work to fit but everything came together nicely. So they work for the 5 speed and 4 speed guys.
