Coming from Kansas to Seattle.

Real OG German 15-window (1963) micro deluxe. No rust too!

Restored in the '90s (obviously!).

Interior is going back to stock eventually, except putting a rock 'n roll bed in the very back. And of course, lower it.

Guess I need to get an Audi to complete the German hoard (71 2800CS, 76 2002, 90 300CE, 70 280SL).

hmmm ... i hear Stuttgart calling ... hello, its Porsche. you need a P car. or if you want to make this bus get out of its own way, you need a 911 engine in it

And it's Rob, back to the 60s. Bellbottoms, tiedyed, long hair(if there is any) beard, "man" everyother word, cassette player with Janis at full throttle, crusin the Coast Road South(the best views especially high as a kite) waving the peace sign as you roll.

Almost drove to Woodstock, the original one, with a buddy in one just like yours. Chose not to go. Didn't see him after that but met up with his ex-wife a couple of years later. He told her it was the worst weekend of his life. The next summer I went to an almost empty multiplex with a huge screen and watched the movie. What fun.
