I've read some threads talking about the different flex discs and I'm still not sure which one I should get for my '69 2800 with stock 4-speed. Opinions?

Guibo, Flex Disc, Early E3 manual... which one?

The early ones are hard to find, they have 8 bolts, I had to go to Carl Nelson for one.
Early cars use different driveshafts, bolts, nuts and guibos.

how different are they from 2002 guibos? Diameter?
Easiest to call Carl! M10 is the issue.
