On my 5 265 speed. Can anyone advise what speed the shifter needs to be in, to reassemble back together (along with tuning forks)?

Thanks,

5th gear so you can turn the output flange to facilitate mating with the pilot bearing/input shaft

Can't clamp down the final 1/4" of play with the final housing. I have a feeling that the rod end pivot points are blocked off in the support housing with the adjusting screw mechanism. All else seems to be ok.

Any ideas?
