Hand Brake Light,

Hi All

I am just finishing my restoration on my CSL,a small problem has arisen, the hand brake light is staying on all the time, the handbrake lever has a unattached wire sticking out but i am not sure what it should be connected to and what it should look like, had help would be great!

There should be a switch that it goes to, part #61311369771. Also keep in mind the light doubles as a low brake fluid warning.

this is the original setup

if you have the switch that can be seen in the bottom of the pic, you will only need to attach the loosen cable, it is not welded, you have to move the spring forward and pass the cable through a hole in the pin

but it is possible that you will need to adjust the switch also...
