This is the time of Thanksgiving in the US. We use this time to gorge ourselves with turkey and watch football. But on amore serious note, it is a time for reflection. As I review the upcoming menu, I pause to thank god for my good fortune. First and foremost is my family; a loving wife, two sons & 4 grandchildren - all well and close by. The next would be the friends I have made via the e9coupe board - as a by-product of my business travel I have has the good fortune to share a beer with about 50 member from as far away as Honalulu! Thanks to HBChris, for introducing me to Paul Cain, OCCoupe(mike), Tom, and others. Thanks to Sven for introducing me to BMWPete, Alan and others in Seattle. Your coupes inspire me to continually make minor or major improvements. Thanks to MarioL, Duane and TodB for encouraging me to enjoy the "right pedal" more (the Sprited Cruise was awesome!). Thanks to those "down-under" who have helped my with the tail light project by trying to track down the manufacturer. And apologies to anyone I may have forgot.

SO to everyone, Happy Thanksgiving as those of us in the cold country put our coupes to bed for the winter or hope for one or two last joyrides before the snow flies!!

All the best my friends!

Same to you Stan, and everyone else. looking forward to a few days off of work to spend working on the coupe - hopefully the cold weather will go away (that came in this morning)

i've already got the majority of the menu started ... small dinner, just the 3 of us. but we will be having pan roasted duck breast, roasted fall veggies (sweet potatoes, butternut squash and carrots) ... perhaps a little butter beans. accompanied with a little Rhys pinot noir, followed by pumpkin pie.

Cheers Stan, maybe next year we can organize a tour through the NH mountains, if we're not all too tired from CA.

Indeed, thanks to all on the forum, especially the admins and record keepers-

Just one more thing to be grateful for!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours as well Stan. And thank you for your help with my e9 odyssey.

Allow me to join you in wishing all the e9 nuts on this forum a very Happy Thanksgiving, the company of family and good friends, time to relax, and good tidings from the Car Gods!

Great thoughts and sentiments, Stan! Tis the season.

Thanks to MarioL, Duane and TodB for encouraging me to enjoy the "right pedal" more (the Spirited Cruise was awesome!).
Excellent! Will 2016 be the year that Stan brings his coupe to the track?

While we had our Thanksgiving in October, I noticed that at Buster's Bar on Kingston Road they have a bunch of Big Screens and a sign saying Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings $11.99 this Thursday. Safe travels in America, Happy Thanksgiving.
