Head for a 71 2800cs?

Hello everyone. I am so sad about the state that my 1971 baby has fallen to. It all started when I took out the head because of a crack. I had the crack welded and put the motor back together again. She was driving like a new car until about 1 week later two other cylinders cracked in the head. The machine shop told me they were not repairable and now I have a giant expensive paperweight. Does anyone know where I can buy a head for my motor that will hold pressure? I can’t find one anywhere. Thank you kip

You want a later head with early intake ports, later water jackets and a fuel pump hole.....
Rather rare. If you are interested- let me know.
I don’t sell early heads with early intake ports and early water jackets because they crack- just like yours.
 
if you are close to SFDon, i highly recommend going to him. even if you are anywhere in North America, he can help you out. to Steve's point, location is a big help - people who might have what you need are more likely to chime in if they are close to you. the coupe world has proven many times that somebody close will help you in many ways.

Kip - look in the upper right corner and you will see your name / alias - click on that. there are two things you can do .... you can put where you are as part of your signature. then look at 'account details' ... then scroll down to 'location' and fill it in
