Headlight plastic adjustment knob

Hi all, anyone know where I can find new or used knobs? One of mine is stripped and wont' tighten the highbeam in its can sufficiently or allow proper aiming of course.

Do you need the original small thumbscrews or the later long plastic screws?

I have a couple of sets of both types here. Shipping could be a problem though as I am in the UK.
