Headliner in black for a BMW 2000 CS?

Should the headliner always be white in a BMW 2000 CS? I have just purchased a BMW 2000 CS, most of the interior is coming from a BMW 3.0 CSi. My headliner is black is it from the 3,0 CSi?

To my recollection the only the CSL had a black headliner.
