heated rear screen tips

the top 3 bars of my heated rear screen are working fine - there appears to be little action from the elements below these though. anyone got any good tips on how i can remedy the situation ?

Get a Circuitwriter pen from Caig, and some vinyl pinstriping tape. Lay down the tape to outline the path of the grid on the glass, and write yourself some new defrost lines.
