Heated seats?

Probably gonna recover my seats and on these cool mornings I must admit I appreciate the heated seats in my 318Ti so I was wondering if anyone had done this upgrade?I know the upholstery shop I'll be going to offers this service and with my interior out running a power wire is no biggie.Now about a heated steering wheel....

Where would you put the switches? I'd also be a little concerned about the current requirements of such a device, as the old wiring of the E9 doesn't really have any high-amp devices in the cabin. You may need to run the cable from a separate fuse box tied to the battery.
