Heater box cable bracket

Looking at this page, it seems to me like the upper picture is a non-coupe and the lower is a coupe. Is this right?
Reason im asking, is that i have the upper pictured bracket, and it just Wont fit under the dashboard in any Way.

Upper photo states Not Coupe, probably e3 as manuals cover both.

Thank you in confirming this, now im off to fabricate a new bracket.

Would be a lot easier if I could just buy one
