The heater doesn't work, and hasn't for a couple years. The temp. control on the dash doesn't slide left and right due to the clamp at the end of the cable not snapping into the bracket. The clamp itself looks fine but will not stay in place (lock on) so I want a new one. Issue is, I can't find one and hope a part number, or other info gained from this post will help. I will put up some photos of the part I need, sure hope someone knows how to get one~

Having trouble with the Maxmillian web-site, they do seem to have the part but I can't get the order form finished. It wants a shipping method but no place to check off a method or anything else~

....sure I have one, 5€ plus shipping in an envelope to your place. Anyhow, let's try to figure out first why your's is not staying in place. Might need some bending somewhere?

I think if it were in a more friendly work location & if I didn't have bi-focal vision aids I might be able to get it to stay. That said I got the others without any issues
Looks like Pelican Parts has it also, but no photo, however it has the right part number so I think it's right. If Max doesn't get back I'll get one from Pelican

Yes, I had that issue with their site as well. I sent an email to their customer service department, detailing what parts I needed, and they replied promptly. When I did this a few weeks ago, I was informed that most of the parts I needed were not in stock, so I didn't end up placing an order. Consequently, I can't explain how to complete an order using their faulty website (perhaps by phone).
