Heater duct hose.

I am looking for a supplier for the heater duct hose. Goes from the heater to the defroster nozzles.

I have not been able to find a size that will fit at my local auto parts store. BMW says that it is unavailable and cannot tell me the size.

Does anyone know where to source this? Or if not, what the metric size is so that I can source it over the internet?

When I had my MB 190b I was able to find an American size hose for the defrosters. It was a vinyl hose reinforced with wire, not paper like the original, just measure the OD of outlet in inches and millimeters. I used a NAPA type of parts store, not Autozone or O'Reillys.

Hi there,

I used a Porsche 60mmx420mm hose that I cut down to correct length - I believe I purchased it from Pelican Parts for under $20. Check for part# PCG-261-233. It fit well and looks period correct.
