Hello from Malaysia

Hi there! Happy new owner of a 1972 3.0CS. The car was recently imported from the UK to sunny Malaysia. Silver but originally verona red.
Been reading this forum after i chanced upon it while doing my pre-purchase research ... must say, the willingness of members to share & dispense advise really boosted my confidence to make my purchase!

The car itself is a wee bit rough, probably needs an engine and carburetor rebuild. Not to mention finding a manual gearbox to replace a badly fitted auto. Have not done anything to it yet, but can't wait to get started

Will post some pictures and will be in need of parts

Welcome, it's good to see the continued global appeal of the e9.

Steve, I realized the global appeal when I did two CS Register/ry badge runs. I sent badges all over Europe and Asia. But none to Latin or South America. I believe since then a couple of coupe owners have surfaced. It was grand!
