I know that Taiwan has several e9 but I have never seen a card to the road I heard only two, my car is bought from Japan

Interestingly, from my numerous trips to Japan few years back, I have seen 2 different coupes on the road there, both in great conditions.
FWIW my uncle lived in Hsin Chu
For the rest of you, when you fill up in Taiwan they often give you gifts like boxes of Kleenex and bundles of TP. Kinda like our "3cents back on every gallon" stuff

Sorry, no time to get together. Too many old relatives to pay respect to. If I come for longer, we should get together.
Nice to see Taipei public transit is so good these days. US cities are pretty much 3rd world in their efficiency and services compared to European and Asian cities (IMHO). In fact, traffic jams were at worst very minor during rush hour here in Taipei. That's truly amazing if you consider the population. I could get anywhere in comfort using the metro and bus system in only slightly more time that I could drive. In Boston, the "T" is an embarrassment, doubly so if you consider how much money is dumped into it's corrupt management every year.
Shanghai was also better managed/serviced and cleaner than Boston, which ought to put us American's to shame. The govt legislated a switch to EV motorbikes a few years ago, and the air quality is now hugely improved.
