Help needed to find correct cigar lighter

I need a cigar lighter that fits in my 1971 2800cs. I ordered part 61341364532 LIGHTER ELEMENT (12/68 to 11/75) but the diameter was too big (22mm) - plus it was a complete lighter (with a button, element, and glow filament) that didn't match my wiper button. I measured the socket in my car and it is only 20mm wide. I also ordered Part 61341351049 BUTTON (12/68 to 11/75) and it is the correct button (see photo). Now I just need to find the correct sized element.

Along with the button, I actually have this part listed on Ebay. I think the seller has mistakenly labeled it as the "element". Looking at Penske Parts, that part is listed as the glow filament.
