Help - Rubber seal for chrome part outside door

I need to replace the rubber seal for the outside chrome part (outside the windows of the door), refer to enclosed picture. I was told from BMW in Sweden that the part is no longer at stock.

Does anyone know where the seal can be purchased/found – or any suggestion how it can be replaced with another type of seal that will do the same job?

The short piece under the vent window is NLA. I took great care when I painted my coupe to not damage that piece. You might be able to use the longer piece and cut it to the right length and glue it to the chrome trim? Good luck.
 
I recently purchased a set off eBay Germany, from seller "cultcar_de".
He has listed them several times.
So hopefully still has some stock.
I think relevant part numbers are 51 21 6 754 323 /324.
