hello

I would like some help

you probably know the light inside the glove-box, it has a switch that puts the light on when the glove-box is oppened

I have the glove-box and the light, right, and also the switch, but, the switch is loosen and I have no idea of where is it´s attaching point

so, please if you have a 3.0 CS or similar, could you be so kind to post a photo of the switch in it´s correct position, as much as detailed as you can, because I have to rework the attaching point in the switch also (some part of it has been broken)

I would be grateful for that

regards

Sorry, no pix, but the switch mounts on a bracket that is screwed into the right side of the console, near the top edge, with two screws (at least it is on my '74)...I couldn't figure it out either until I acquired a '75 for parts with an intact switch. Hope this helps.

thanks it gives me some idea, but I will appreciate some photos to rework an adequate device and position it well

I appreciate your help very much indeed

yes, now I have identified clearly the position and the metal plate that i hec to prepare an "L" shaped plate with a 10mm hole in one side to insert the switch

this really helps to build a solution, thanks
