Help with correct placement: Rail for lower door seal

Where are the seal-rails supposed to be located on the door? My doors didn't have them, and it's not obvious (to me) where they should be placed.

The rails I'm talking about in the bottom of the picture:

Where on the door-bottom should they be placed?

Would be thankful if anybody could post a picture of their own door or use the picture above and paint a line where it should be placed.
