The Sacramento River holds the memories of my childhood, my Grandparents had a farm just outside Isleton Ca . Mom and Dad meet in school in Courtland. Every Saturday morning we load up the 55 Chevy wagon and head down to the farm, we would pass this auto shop Morris Motors.
Sutton Morris is now the owner / operator he has great knowledge on Mercedes Benz , Porsche & BMW.

Love the first pic. It is a testament to the design IMO. The E9 looks good with euro bumpers, no bumpers, no front - composite rear, 2000 CS rear. Big bumpers aren't my favorite, but the car still looks good with those also. There aren't many cars that you can simply remove the bumpers and have a great looking finished product.

I had trouble looking at anything but the framing and building in the 2nd & 3d pics. I want to hang out in that shop until someone ejects me.

Steve, if you want to see some serious wood locally, go over to Tulane and walk into the architecture building (near st. charles) and go up to the 4th floor - the two studios on either side of the building are huge wood trusses with a 12 : 12 roof (45 degrees). when i was doing my thesis, i put big speakers up on the trusses and had a big amp pushing them ...

Cool as part of my running routine in the park I often run the steps of the architecture building and will check it out
