It was my understanding that the E9 got all the credit for coming up with the design, yet here is a clear use of it on a 1962 Ferrari.

Yeah, we like to say that, but the BMW 3200 Bertone showed off the kink before we got it. Its probably more accurate to say it was adopted as a key BMW design feature with our cars.

The NK sedans were introduced alongside the 3200CS, both with his kink. I agree I think he is associated with introducing it on BMWs, not on all cars.

I did not need to know this car exists! Looks like a more affordable spin off of the 507? V8 and similar design. Probably Uber rare.
 
Very nice car I didn't know this BMW exist but it is very interesting and price is not much compeer to the E9 but I have no more room for more car I have 5 car that if I buy one more my wife will divorce me
