Hood Rubber Bushing

I looked at a gorgeous 73 3.0CS today in San Dimas. It had a rubber bushing in the center of the hood that rests on the rubber seal in front of windshield when closed. Can’t find it in the parts book and I had never seen one before, has anyone else? Pic shows mounting hole only.

That’s not it, the owner might have added it.

Would agree Chris, also have the hole but do not think there was ever a rubber bushing
