How can I load photos to the Photo Gallery?

Suggest you sign up to a free picture posting website

being one example

You then have to upload the pictures to that site and then typically select the
tag line and add it to your post.

You cannot do it directly from your computer, well I have never been able to do it (somebody know different?)
