How can I ship parts to Malaysia?

I have some 2000CS parts on the auction site and an eager buyer in Malaysia but he can't buy the item for some reason, even though I have listed the item with worldwide shipping. The item is a Euro headlamp assembly and there might be import restrictions (my guess). Is there any way around this?

I shipped a complete set of E24 headlights and the washing system for them, through USPS (mail) to Japan. I packed them tight as to size and ir ran about $65
 
Duties can be controlled by stating a lower value on the customs declaration...within reason All it takes is the recipient finding out how many dollars worth of import he can bring in duty free and then filling out the customs form to comply. It won't matter as you can't insure it anyway because it is overseas delivery. Unless changed, the USA allows one to be duty free on the first $400 except for art goods which do not have a limit.

Or did your prospective buyer report that he would have problems? If so, are you sure this isn't as simple as the buyer wanting to avoid paying duties, and asking you to do something illegal to aid him?

Is he the only buyer on the planet for your goods? Life may be too short to put a lot of effort into solving his inexplicable problem.

When he tries to buy it he gets the following error message:

I suspect that in your original listing, maybe some postage restriction options are still in place.
Have you considered just asking the buyer to transfer the agreed amount of payment to your PayPal account directly? you will have to send him your PayPal account details. that should still cover both parties for the transaction.
 
Sending an email address through ebay will not happen. Ebay will pick it up automatically and not send it. You have to break your email address into pieces using different symbols and then explain what to substitute for whatever. Reason being is to keep people from doing deals on the side and avoiding the ebay fees
