How does this gasket fit?

It is part number 11 in this diagram, and here is a photo of the gasket.


It has one thin side and a thicker one. There is a trimpiece which is against the top of the window with a join to the front piece just above the rear line of the door. On the left hand side this piece squeaks annoyingly sometimes. Is the thin piece meant to go behind that?

I have the gaskets but didn't fit them as it seems silly just to wedge them in not doing anything useful, so I didn't. Then the dreaded squeak surfaced.
 
i remember taking it apart, but that was years ago ... i know i will be needing to put the new one on when i start reassembling ... so when you figure it out / somebody posts a picture i know it will be helpful to me.
 
Shouldn’t it be held with steel clips number 6

that i know the answer is NO. clips #6 hold in the U channel (#7). my memory s that this rubber trim finishes off the headliner. abutting the window channel
