how remove broken studs on rear lights ?

hello, i tried to removes broken studs on my rear light but i fail, i tried with WD40, double nuts, block clamp and nothing works. do you have a solution ?

Since they will be ruined either way, I would use locking vise grip pliers.

i done but nothing come and i'm afraid if i insist the chrome frame will broke...

I was gonna suggest vise grips also. Use PB Blaster or some Wurth product and let it sit for a few days. WD-40 is only so so at this stuff. Why remove, are they too short?

Last resort...cut them off flush, drill them out and retap them. Best to use a drill press and a jig to hold the light so that you drlll as close as possible to the center of the stud.
