It's very old, I have a new filter, I feel like working on it this weekend, are their any tips or advice on how to drain and replace, and with what type of fluid is recommended? TIA

There's a plug on the box if you want to drain the whole thing. Turn the wheel to the left.
The lubricant list has more dexron that F type. But the fluid I bought recently when I changed mine was compatible for both types.
