How to remove the dash and wiring harness.

Two separate questions;
1. how does one go about removing the dash on the CS?
2. (Assuming the interior and dash are removed) What is the best way to remove the wiring harness without cutting and destroying it?
 
Is there a new link to these articles, I seem to get a lot of dead links when trying to access these earlier articles.
 
Wiring removal

The repair manual details the main section connections in the electrical section.

Old time restorer's tip- use aluminum foil wrapped around the section and secured with tape to keep paint and undercoat off. Saves a lot of cleaning.
